A free text annotation: text displayed directly on the page, without a pop-up window.

ISO 32000-2 §12.5.6.6, Table 177 (PDF 1.3). The default appearance string and the rich text are exposed as text, not parsed.

BorderEffectGets the border effect (BE, PDF 1.5), or null for none.

CalloutLineGets the callout line (CL, PDF 1.6): two or three points, from the point the callout points at; empty when absent.

DefaultAppearanceGets the default appearance string used to format the text (DA, required), or null when absent.

DefaultStyleGets the default style string for the rich text (DS, PDF 1.5), or null.

JustificationGets the justification of the text (Q, PDF 1.4); default left.

LineEndingGets the line ending at the start of the callout line (LE, PDF 1.6); default none.

RectangleDifferencesGets the differences between the annotation rectangle and the drawn rectangle (RD, PDF 1.5), or null.
