Declared with the content interpreter's processor surface (issue #55); reported from issue #56, with the decoded image model of
issue #60. Members are added, never changed. For Do the image is the one §8.9.5.4 selects: the base image named in the
resources, or one of its Alternates (by optional content, or DefaultForPrinting in a run for printing).
