public abstract class PdfDestination

Remarks

ISO 32000-2 §12.3.2. An explicit destination (PdfExplicitDestination, §12.3.2.2) is an array naming a page (or a structure element, §12.3.2.3) and how to show it; a named destination (PdfNamedDestination, §12.3.2.4) is a name (PDF 1.1) or byte string (PDF 1.2) looked up in the document's named destinations.

A destination is remote when it belongs to a remote or embedded go-to action (§12.6.4.3, §12.6.4.4): its page is a page number and its names are looked up in another document, never in this one.
