ISO 32000-2 §12.3.2.2, Table 149: [page /XYZ left top zoom], [page /Fit], [page /FitH top], [page /FitV left], [page /FitR left bottom right top], [page /FitB] (PDF 1.1), [page /FitBH top] (PDF 1.1), [page /FitBV left] (PDF 1.1), in default user space, null for a value kept. A FitB, FitBH or FitBV destination raises a later save of a PDF 1.0 document to 1.1.
