The destination's name.
null when the document has none of that name, or, with a diagnostic, when the
value it has is not a destination.
ISO 32000-2 §12.3.2.4. The name dictionary's Dests tree first (the text as PDFDocEncoding, then UTF-16BE, then every key
decoded: TryGetValue(String, out CosObject)), then the catalog's Dests dictionary (the text as a
UTF-8 name). A value that is a dictionary resolves to its D entry.
