Removes the indirect object reference names from the document.

true when the object was removed; false when the document holds no such object.ISO 32000-2 §7.3.10 and §7.5.4. References to the object resolve to null from now on; remove them too, or they are written as references to a free object. A save writes the object's number as a free entry whose generation is one more than the object's, the generation a new object reusing the number would take (§7.5.6, H.7.4: an incremental update leaves the object's old bytes in the file). Views read before the removal (the structure tree, the outline, text extraction's reading order, annotation lists, the form's fields, optional content, name and number trees, functions, colour converters, font metrics and graphics state parameters) see it at their next read. A mutation: no read may run concurrently with it.
