Inserts key with value, or replaces the value of the key the tree already holds.
public void Set(CosString key, CosObject value)
The key; compared byte by byte (Annex J.3.3).
The value, stored as given: pass an indirect reference to store one.
ISO 32000-2 §7.9.6. The key goes into the leaf whose range holds it (or the nearest one, whose Limits then widen); a
node grown past 64 entries splits in two, the root into two new kids, so every leaf stays at the same depth. Only the nodes on
the path from the root change. A tree the reader finds damaged is first rebuilt balanced in place from what it reads.
