Builds the page's display list: its content interpreted once into resolved drawing operations any backend replays.
public DisplayList CreateDisplayList()
ISO 32000-2 §8.5.3 (path painting) and §8.6 (colour). The content runs through the same interpreter as ProcessContent(ContentProcessor), so lenient repairs are recorded in Diagnostics the same way. Geometry is in user space with the transform to default user space; the media box, crop box, rotation and user unit are the renderer's to apply. Colours keep their colour space; a backend converts them (see DisplayColor). A list is immutable and replays on any number of threads at once, so the document keeps the lists it builds, within DisplayListCacheBudget, and returns the same list again until any COS object changes (spec #33 viewer capability 13); its images, masks, glyph outlines and decoded content come from the document's other caches (CacheStatistics). Diagnostics are recorded when a list is built, not when a kept one is returned.
