Reads a profile.

Parameters

data: ReadOnlySpan<Byte>

The profile's bytes.

profile: IccProfile

The profile, when it can be read.

problem: String

Why it cannot, when it cannot: a phrase such as "its rTRC tag is missing".

Returns

Boolean: Whether the profile can be read. Never throws, whatever the bytes.
