Signs digest asynchronously, for a signer that waits on a device or a remote service.

Parameters

digest: ReadOnlyMemory<Byte>

The digest to sign.

digestAlgorithm: HashAlgorithmName

The algorithm digest was computed with.

cancellationToken: CancellationToken

Cancels the signing.

Returns

ValueTask<Byte[]>: The signature value, as SignDigest(ReadOnlySpan<Byte>, HashAlgorithmName) returns it.

Remarks

ISO 32000-2 §12.8.3.3. SignAsync(Stream, IPdfSigner, PdfSignatureOptions?, CancellationToken) calls this, Sign(Stream, IPdfSigner, PdfSignatureOptions?) calls SignDigest(ReadOnlySpan<Byte>, HashAlgorithmName). The default implementation calls SignDigest(ReadOnlySpan<Byte>, HashAlgorithmName).
