ISO 32000-2 §14.7.1, Table 353, and §14.8.1 (a tagged PDF shall have Marked true). A live view over the catalog's
MarkInfo: every flag is read when asked for and is false when the dictionary or the entry is missing. Setting a flag writes it, adding the dictionary to the catalog when there is none. An
entry that is not a boolean reads as false with a MarkInfoInvalid diagnostic.
