A typed view of a marked-content sequence's tag and property list (the operands of BDC or DP): its MCID, whether it
is an artifact and of what kind, and the accessibility entries a Span may carry.

ISO 32000-2 §14.6 (Table 352 and errata Table 352a), §14.6.2 (property lists), §14.7.5.2 (MCID), §14.8.2.2.2 (Table 363,
artifacts) and §14.9 (Lang, Alt, ActualText, E). The content interpreter resolves the property list
(an inline dictionary, or a name looked up in the resources' Properties) and hands the dictionary over; this view only reads
it. Look the MCID up with FindElement(PdfPage, Int32). Optional content (/OC) and associated
files (/AF) property lists are typed by the optional content and associated files views.
The tag of a marked-content sequence is not role mapped (§14.6.1 NOTE 3).
