Adds an attribute object of owner to the attribute class className in the root's ClassMap.

public PdfAttributeObject AddClassAttributes(CosName className, CosName owner)

The class name, which elements name in their C entry (AddClassName(CosName)).

The attribute owner, such as Layout.

PdfAttributeObject: The new, empty attribute object; set its values with SetValue(CosName, CosObject?).
