Lists what the shell draws for the current Viewport, in order (GetFrame(in Viewport, Span<FramePart>)).

public int GetFrame(Span<FramePart> destination)

Receives the parts.

Int32: How many parts the frame has; when more than fit, call again with a larger span (nothing is sorted until they fit).

Spec #33 viewer capability 2. Allocates nothing.
