Parses an XMP date; never throws.

public static bool TryParse(string? text, scoped out XmpDate date)

Parameters

text
String

The text, such as 2014-09-24T21:23:03Z. Leading and trailing white-space is ignored.

date
XmpDate

The date, or default when text is not one.

Returns

Boolean
true when text is a date in one of the forms the remarks list.
