Looks up a code's notdef mapping (notdefchar, notdefrange), in this CMap and then its parents.

Parameters

code
CharacterCode

A code read by ReadCode(ReadOnlySpan<Byte>).

cid
Int32

The substitute CID; 0 when there is none.

Returns

Boolean
Whether the code has a notdef mapping.
