What a Type 3 glyph description declares with its first operator (d0 or d1): whether it specifies its colour, the
width it gives and, for d1, its bounding box, all in glyph space.
public readonly record struct Type3GlyphMetrics : IEquatable<Type3GlyphMetrics>
ISO 32000-2 §9.6.4, Table 111. Read from the description's first operator without running it, once per description while its
stream is unchanged; see Type3Metrics. The advance of a shown glyph comes from the font's Widths
(Table 110), never from WidthX. The default value (kind None) stands for a glyph that is
not a Type 3 glyph or has no description.
