Returns this page setup turned to orientation: width and height swap when it differs, the margins stay on their sides.

This setup when it already has that orientation (a square page is portrait), else the turned copy.

Remarks

ISO 32000-2 §7.7.3.3, Table 31: the media box itself is turned; the page's Rotate entry stays 0.
