How the pages of a section of a FlowDocument look: the page size, orientation and margins, a background colour or image and a watermark under the body, and headers and footers, with their own variants for the first page of the section and for even-numbered pages. One template may serve several sections. Immutable once built.
public sealed class PageTemplate
ISO 32000-2 §14.8.2.2.2, Table 363: everything a template draws is an artifact, not real content. Backgrounds are marked
/Artifact <</Type /Background>>, the watermark /Type /Pagination /Subtype /Watermark, headers and footers
/Type /Pagination /Subtype /Header or /Footer with Attached and BBox, so text extraction and tagged
structure leave them out.
The body flows in the media box less the margins; a header or footer that reaches past its margin moves the body's edge in so the two never overlap.
