Looks up the destination a name object names (PDF 1.1).

The destination's name.

Returns

PdfExplicitDestination
The explicit destination, or null; see GetNamedDestination(String).

Remarks

ISO 32000-2 §12.3.2.4 and Annex J.3.4: the catalog's Dests dictionary first, then the Dests tree, by bytes.
