Looks up the destination a byte string names (PDF 1.2).

Parameters

The destination's name.

Returns

PdfExplicitDestination
The explicit destination, or null; see GetNamedDestination(String).

Remarks

ISO 32000-2 §12.3.2.4 and Annex J.3.3: the Dests tree first, then the catalog's Dests dictionary, by bytes.
