Uses encoder to write data for the filter its Name names, replacing the managed
default of that name (FlateEncoder, AsciiHexEncoder, Ascii85Encoder,
RunLengthEncoder) or adding an encoder the defaults lack. A later registration of the same name wins. Saving
compresses streams with the encoder registered for FlateDecode.
